Vumba

Two of the attractions here are the Bunga Forest Botanical Reserve and the Vumba Botanical Gardens. Both are well worth a visit. Bunga Forest is a dense indigenous forest with narrow pathways winding through it, in which you have the chance of observing rare bird species. The Botanical Gardens are very generously proportioned and offer several hours of relaxation in the fresh air. Huge lawns are interspersed with multi-coloured flowerbeds, ponds, streams and little copses.

Next to the large towns and Victoria Falls, here is where golfers come into their own. The famous Leopard Rock Hotel has an excellent course that is surrounded by spectacular mountain vistas.
